Bike repair and servicing

The Bronze service is a basic safety check/service of your bike. One of our mechanics will give your bike a thorough looking over. Checking the brakes, gears, tyres and frame for wear or damage; giving you peace of mind.

This service is ideal for people who want their bike checked over by a professional mechanic, or for someone who has just got into biking. This is also great for someone who’s bike has been stood still for a period of time.

Bronze service includes:

• Brakes and cables checked for wear. Gears checked and adjusted if needed.
• Headset, bars and stem checked and adjusted.
• Whole drivetrain checked for excessive wear.
• Tyre pressures checked and adjusted. Tyres also checked for excessive wear.
• Whole bike bolt-checked for anything loose and torqued where required.

Any additional recommended work will be noted and discussed with the customer before completion.

This service includes the “BRONZE service” plus a full service on your bike. Aimed at people that ride often and want their bike feeling fresh and smooth.

Includes:

• Front and rear brake bleed and pads checked for wear (pads not included).
• Headset checked, cleaned and regreased.
• Bottom bracket checked for wear and play.
• Chain checked for excessive wear.
• Rear hanger checked for alignment and adjusted if needed.
• Derailleur checked and adjusted with new gear cable included.
• Wheels checked for dings or buckles. Spoke tensions checked and adjusted if needed.
• Tyres checked and sealant added if needed (tubeless set up only).

If the bike arrives and we feel it is not clean enough to carry out this service a £20 cleaning charge will be added so we can continue with the service.

Any additional recommended work will be noted and discussed with the customer before completion.

This is the service of all services- it includes all of the above, and more. Designed for the rider who wants their bike race ready and feeling like the pros.

Includes:

• Everything from the “Silver service” 
• A full strip down of the bike to the bare frame. All frame bearings checked for wear and notes taken if any need replacing.
• Cranks removed and cleaned along with bottom bracket replaced if needed (parts not included).
• Wheels removed and hubs checked, cleaned and re-greased. Axels also cleaned and greased.
• Droper post removed, cleaned and new cables fitted if needed (cables included).
• lower leg suspension and aircan service (seals extra)

If the bike arrives and we feel it is not clean enough to carry out this service a £20 cleaning charge will be added so we can continue with the service.
